Ecce

“Ecce” (EK-ay) is a Latin word meaning “behold” in English. To “behold” something is to see something as being especially remarkable, and worth notice. It also means taking time to fully look and appreciate something in its fullness.

My approach to therapy includes believing that each person I work with is entirely unique, with their own set of knowledges, skills, expertise, resources, and abilities. I believe in taking time to see people in their fullness, and acknowledging each part of them. I see each person as having intrinsic value and worth, and I am dedicated to helping people recognize their own potential and resiliency.
