Areas of specialization

My areas of focus and training, and the areas in which I believe I can be most helpful

  • ADHD

    • Organization

    • Navigating school or work assignments

    • Initiating self-care tasks

    • Processing past harms or anxiety that manifest from experiences with having ADHD

  • Chronic Pain & Chronic Illness

Chronic pain and chronic illness can be deeply devastating for people, and have a significant impact on our mental well-being. Clients might be interest in discussing:

  • Spirituality

Spirituality is a term relating to individual effort to appreciate and connect with other beings, which may or may not include a higher intelligence. While some include religion into their spiritual search, this isn’t always the case. There are endless areas of discussion with spirituality, but some people might want to talk about:

    • Finding purpose or meaning in their life

    • Identifying personal morals/values, either in connection or especially outside of religion

    • Seeking answers for trauma or difficult circumstances

    • Incorporating spirituality or religion into coping with anxiety, depression, life transitions, etc.

    • And more

  • Relationships

With a Masters in Couple and Family Therapy, I have extensive experience working with people navigating relationships, whether those be familial, platonic, or romantic. Some of the topics I work with include:

    • Navigating conflict

    • Addressing sexuality
